Files Charges on jennifer Marsh
Again Jennifer Marsh has a criminal record as Felony charges were filed by Cheryl Fluet, and entire family Reports state that she has committed a gross felony and Criminal Charges are being filed from 4 states.
Cheryl Fluet Met with officer Juarez, and a complete report was filed. More witnesses are coming forward to the false programmer that is a con artist and there are many reports now circulating.

Why is no one can see what is happening
All around the globe there has been disaters throughout history,
however, there has never been the multitude nor the magnitude of the
things that are going on around now. There are reports of millions of
birds falling down dead from the sky and the department of Fish and Game
have no idea why.
Tornados are touching down in great nmumbers and the death
toll has risen to astronomical numbers, Twisters have happened in
nature, but there has never been any reports in history of the number of
tornados popping up accross the country. This is a first in geological
history, and for that matter we are in the age of precidence of a
terrifying year.
If that is not enough for all of you skeptics out there,
oh by the way, I do not listen to skeptics these are the very people
that had caused lives in the city of Pompeii. Thousands of people died
in that city because the person that warned of the disaster to come was
ridiculed by the skeptics of the times, and look what had happened they
all died. That is the very reason why in the bible it states, ” Put not
your trust in earthly man in whom there is no salvation.” This is the
reason you do not listen to even me all you have to do is follow the
facts. I am relaying the facts here this way you can do the research.
I am not just talking every time i print

anyone with intelligence. Of course the person that has no common sense,

Disasters Tell signs no one is listening to
An un-precedent historical outburst has swept over the plane of theUnited Statesand all over the planet. There are several disasters that have caused world wide deaths and major climate changes. These are not the worst of these things, but there are many more to come. The problem is that we were warned, but because of the uneducated skeptics lying to everyone, we are in this dilemma. You see according to the letter of the law it is the one accusing the person of a crime to bear all the proof. Well the Skeptics are accusing the UFO community of being false then they can not state it could be this or that or maybe it was this… they have to have all the proof and they have to state beyond a shadow of a doubt of what was there. The UFO community all they have to do is shoot back and counter with facts.
Since the skeptics are not showing any evidence and the UFO community is showing all the evidence by the law the UFO community is right. Since they have provided all the evidence and the skeptics have provided none, then the skeptics have proven that they have no evidence and that they have proven their incompetence.
I have done a majority of the research, the reason I thanked Stanton Friedman in my book was that he did the research on the documents, where I did not have to. The fact is I would do the research on the documents as the US Government trained me we would have to take all names research their complete background from birth, schooling, associations, friends, ranks, jobs, and any and all criminal records. There would have to be a complete background check on all people listed on the documents which really would have taken me am few years longer than I really had.
Now I am not a pro ufologist, I am a pro-realist I have many years experience in a lot of fields thanks to the United States Government. I put my family’s first computer together back in 1992 without any certified training. It worked very well and to this day I am able to fix all computers no matter what the problem and program web pages, games, and many more such tasks. All are just like the professionals. It proves that somewhere in my brain there is an area of stored memory or a complete logical database that I pull from to get information. Now the real question is where does this information come from?
Probably the most important thing that should be mentioned is meditation. The worse part of this uneducated way of thinking that the majority of the human race does is that they are unable to grasp the fact that they are not here by some random evolution. If evolution was the case of a spawning of some kind of cell would be very chaotic and there would be no universal law which Einstein clearly showed that there was a universal order to all things.
One problem we now face is that we have not only forgotten things that were taught to us in school, but we have forgotten the fact that there were scientists who have accurately translated pieces of history as far back as 1969. This history has been forgotten because we have done exactly what the bible warned us not to do. “Put not your trust in earthly man in whom there is no salvation” This statement is the most important statement that is always ignored. We have signs of things that are all around us, from the two suns, the disasters, the birds falling from the sky dead, the Locusts destroying our crops, the many tornados that are hitting the world, major earthquakes that have knocked the entire earth off of its axis. These are many signs that are all over the world and these events are logical factual evidence that is being ignored. That is why Jesus said, “why can the people see the stars in the sky, but no one can see the signs of the times.”

What is happening to our climate is serious and there is in no way shape or form any way of going back. The age of innocence is gone and we had better wake up and see what is going on around us.

I would never want the drug addict, who has no real life except for that which makes himself feel high and good to live. I do not want any skeptics that can not see their hands in front of their faces because they can not understand the simple logic our ancestors left behind. I do not want any person that is violent as to start a fight to show that they are the strongest which is the most illogical trait a species could ever have. I do not want the alcoholics that can not even function as a human while they are so intoxicated. I do not see the ones that have misled the masses into believing in evolution which is sheer fantasy. I do not want the person that does not have compassion for all man. I do not want the person who has no idea; I do not want the person who does not care how you feel. I do not want any person that does not have hope and I do not want any person that tries to make things a joke. I do not want a person who can not see where he was, if this is the case that person will not see where he is to go. I do not want the person who can not learn from the past, this person would have us killed just like in our past. These people that can not understand what is happening with the world only offer mere folly and conjecture, it seems that they have no answer they should be a courtroom jester.
Now you ask me why I think that the majority should not live, I give you the reasons I have states as well as the reasons we have been lied too. No man is an island that statement is true, but what is more true is the people have no clue. United we Stand, divided we fall no truer words were spoken because now all are starting to fall. There is no saving empire that will lead the way to safety; you will have to swallow your pride and study very discretely. I am sorry but this is the last time I may get to talk, so I am now trying to get all my thoughts out to all. With every waking moment the time comes closer still, yet no man will hear me until the earth stands still.

BULLYING
I will be covering a variety of problems in our schools. One of the most talked about problems, especially here in Southwest Virginia, is the problem of bullying. Scott Memorial Middle School has tried to implement a policy that is out of date. This out of date policy in no way shape or form helps our students combat this problem. What is happening is students are being bullied and hazed to where they have physical abuse, or psychological abuse.
The problem with this out of date policy is that students are being bullied and their potential are not being met. In one particular instance an investigator went down to the school to see where the cameras in the halls were posted. Due to the fact that they had no expert in security surveillance consult them, the school has blind spots where these bullies know where the cameras do not reach so they can avoid detection.
Another factor of this problem is that the bullies are getting ideas from a game. When a game becomes a blue print for actual violence, then there needs to be rules in place to actually stop this kind of behavior from being in the schools. The most common game that is being used to promote fear in students is a role playing game called, The Godfathers. The game has rules that state you must choke your victim till he is blue and can not breath. What kind of games are our schools allowing to be played?
Reports are coming in from students that are being attacked in the bathrooms and halls where there is no camera placement. If this kind of behavior is allowed to continue, then students will not be able to learn effectively because the staff can not get control of their own schools.
This is not a small problem, it is a problem that has spread across the world and needs to be stopped in order to raise our education. As you can see this problem strikes fear in public schools across the world and it needs to be remedied in order to secure our future. The officials of this country need to stop contributing to a world business agenda and start focusing on the actual needs of the people not themselves.

What has happened to our species? There is the growing pain in that question. I can tell you that I think of that every time I sit and stare at the sky on a clear dark night.
I know a secret that only some may even speculate. I look at the churches line up on a small road in a small town, just to see that the human race has no clue what is really happening.
Ok. So let us forget about the fact that there was an area 51, till recently there was not even any knowledge of this area. We have to remember the fact that it was not until after 1947 that our technology has risen to an expediential point. After that year our technology increased so rapidly that our entire expectation of life has changed too.
It was that fact alone that set me on an investigative journey. This journey took me to the depths of a place that I do not think any other man would be able to survive with all his faculties. I do not mean only the dangers involved, but it also means that all the beliefs that are in place are there to keep you in a control state of mind.
It started when I was active duty in the United States Coast Guard in 1990. I was stationed aboard the United States Coast Guard Cutter Morgenthau. We were patrolling the Alaskan Chain. I was on the bride watch. My duties were to keep a look out to ensure that the ship does not encounter any obstacles that would injure the ship and crew. It was 0330 hours (3:00 AM in the morning) the sky was really dark I had all I could do to try to keep awake and keep vigilant. In the sky off to the right I saw a long cylinder shaped object. This object was able to stop in mid air and it was able to go in reverse. I knew that the airplanes could not perform this because there is a little piece of physics known as G-Forces that would destroy our bodies.
I could not utter a sound because I hesitated. Now this is the problem, I hesitated because what I was seeing was not going to the order of life I was brainwashed to believe. I did not call it in, and why I should, After all, Mr. Sweeny Loved to say hey is your eyes open up there. There were no lame comments coming from the bridge. The Boats inmates never uttered anything. I realized then I was the only person that has actually seen this thing. This was a start to this cover-up that actually takes a turn for the most bizarre.
I quickly knew that there was more to this than I was aware of. I knew that I needed to find out this because even when I was 6 years old, I have always realized that only an unintelligent, arrogant, and self centered person would even entertain the thought that we are the only living intelligent beings in the Universe, given the actual age of the Earth of 4.5 billion years old.
This was my mission as to what was really happening on this planet, because I do not believe in accidents in the Universe, and I do not believe that the actual bible actually shows that there is a one GOD. I know this for a fact because, the Hebrews that actually wrote the Bible were not Mono-theistic, They were Heno-Theistic. This knowledge alone now actually brings discredit on religion. Because every religion is preaching 1 not many. Ok now we come to a point of time where we are studying all this beings from other solar systems and I come up to a block because the secret societies are out to control the human race. Why? Well let us begin by saying this. Forget that 98% of the planet are simple mindless idiots that instead of working for themselves in order to help the economy, they continue to work for another company owned by someone else and these elites know that they can crush, or let the economy get a little better in order to maintain control. They need this control in order to protect themselves. We actually outnumber these individuals about 1000 to 1 and would wipe them off the map.
Jim Marrs always says that he does not condone that, but point of fact, our founding fathers knew that they would have to fight the suppressors in order to maintain freedom. Now it actually looks as if that freedom will fail more than ever. There is something that is happening real soon that these elites knew for over 36 years.
Now you are going to tell me that you have heard this, no you have not. I have physically seen this and it is not a very pretty site. These elites have certain knowledge, because after the Roswell crash, the technology was studied and they knew that they could not keep the money in their pockets if people knew about this. They knew that they would be out of business, and they had to be able to keep all the money in their control.
Now there is something else I have seen, there was a complete agreement between the US Government and another species, most called them Reptilians, but I call them traitors. What this was was an agreement for technology in trade of human beings. Sounds bizzare..not yet it doesn’t. Think of this Crack heads sell their own babies for crack, something unheard of right? Wrong it happens all the time. We are only cattle to these elites. In fact, Rockefeller stated that if a human being does not use his brain then he is no better than the cattle we send to slaughter and they should too be slaughtered.
My investigation of this phenomenon is what brought me to this real horror. I have been an advocate of getting to the truth and encouraging others to do the same. What follows is what I have uncovered in this daring adventure of my life.
First let me ask a question. Why do you think that the Elite covered up the UFO secrets in the first place? No it was not because they did not want you to know that there are other life out there, it was because the technology that was available would actually shut down their money making empire. The Bilderburg group is at the high seat of this cover-up; however there are only 7 elite members that actually have the entire world under their control. This corporate empire has the actual agenda to kill off 2/3 of the human population. They know that there is no way that an effective rescue could be done with over 7 billion people, and so they plan to keep themselves safe and let us all die off.
My investigation takes me to the heart of our country, Washington D.C where the group met in secret to discuss the over population of the world. Knowing that there are Mayan prophecies and even the bible has foretold these beings agenda, the elites had to find a way of destroying the population, and what is more arrogant they had hidden this information from the United States people right in front of their eyes. 1. In the Denver Airport where the most traffic is most present, there is a painting high on the wall of the actual events to come. 2. In GA, there is a stone hedge wall that even outlines to keep the population down to only 500,000,000. That is 80 % of the population to be killed.
The UFO or Inter-dimensional knowledge is really about us, it is about whop we really are where we might be going. What is more important is that this knowledge has been out there, and because it has been hidden, people are not paying attention to what is going on around them. In the bible it also states that Jesus said,” Why is it that people can see the stars in the skies, but can not see the signs of the times.”
This brings us to where we are today. What is happening now is that the elites have succeeded in carrying out phase 3 of their plan. What they are poisoning us with is a 3 fold plan and it is in what we use everyday.
WATER: the elites have purposely planned oil spills to be able to use chemical agents in the water to poison our people. They still gain money because there is now more money in the actual clean up than there is in the oil itself. BP has their hands in the US Government and has even members in key positions to bribe department of energy members with 500 million dollar grants. They know the chemicals are poisoning us and they are able to maintain this control and still gain capital on the clean up of the oil rather than the actual oil. Still in control.
FOOD: The elites have devised chemical agents in all processed foods including arsenic. Examples of processed foods are Gerber baby foods. These foods are already prepared and the chemical agents are added without knowledge. These are the factors that are contributing to our inability to combat this because the majority of people do not cook their own foods they want it processed ready to go. Another feather in their cap.
VACCINES: the Elites control the manufacturing and demanding of vaccines in the world. These vaccines are now being proven to have caused deaths and illnesses that are not being combated. With the mandatory vaccines the population’s immune system will fail. With the population’s immune system taken down the illnesses will destroy people.
You are sitting there and thinking this sounds like fantasy, but I have proven this over and over again with facts. You see this is considered a soft kill. What a soft kill would best be defined as the art of killing someone without having any visible evidence of the kill. For example the vaccine that kills would never be blamed on the elites that planned it. They would get off Scott free because the pharmaceutical plant or the doctors would take all the blame. The money that they paid to these companies more than takes care of any law suits and they still manage to be in the black no matter what.
The reason why the US Government does not do anything about this is because the Presidents are all hand picked. They are taught to govern in a way that would never give any indication of a power behind the position. There is no fact you can show me that a president has the power. The Security Consultant also noticed that there was no communication where they should be communication. The Principal is key, but the most important key figures that should be informed is the Teachers.
With no adequate coverage, no adequate communication, as well as a policy that has been outdated for a decade now, Scott memorial School needs to come up to standards as the rest of the nation in the bullying policy or else needs to have some serious ramifications on them.
If our students are unable to go to school and learn then it is a conclusion that our future will be destroyed without any future leaders to make a difference. There are problems in the restrooms more than ever where children are being beaten to a bloody pulp.

Charles Johnson is following the same pattern of a typical common thief. He changes the name of his companies quite frequently. Now the fraudster is actually following the same pattern as these scammers from Nigeria. His limited mentality makes the website exactly the same. One would think that if he wanted to hide he would do an entire revamp. It is apparent that Charles Johnson does not have the time because he is too busy with his scam to even cover his tracks.
Here is an update. Steve an agent of the FBI has already placed the information in the system. At present Charles Johnson is also on the crime watch data base, and the Internal revenue service is slow but he is on alert system there.
Speaking with agents it will have to be quick and in the middle of an actual scam because it is a proven fact that these scammers do not have the money that they portray they have. Most of the money is spent to keep up the deception appearance.
It is only a matter of time now before his entire operation comes crumbling down on him. For all of those that have followed the path of getting the right forms please also call the Federal Trade Commission. By doing this it will prevent him from getting any more licenses.

I am writing to you with a problem that has gone on right under your very nose. I lived with my Fiancé and three children that I love very dearly. I am a veteran of this great country after 10 years of loyal service. I am appalled at the fact that the commonwealth of Virginia does not practice Due Diligence when it comes to the Virginia Employment Commission job website. I applied to the Company of World Technology Corporation from the VEC website and was hired. I worked for this person for 3 months and have not received any pay. The one check he did send after explaining I have a family to provide for, bounced. I have reported this company to the federal Bureau of Investigations, the IRS, The better Business bureau, the Senator D. Webb, and the Department of labor. This company owes me from the time I clocked in till the time I clocked out I am owed a total salary of $6,257.00. I am not the only one from this state, and unfortunately I am not the only one in the entire United States. The following pages will clearly show that the commonwealth of Virginia is guilty of not providing due diligence when it comes to ensuring legitimate companies are the only ones advertising jobs on their VEC website. Due to the fact that due diligence was not done it makes the commonwealth guilty through negligence and vicarious liability. I am requesting that damages paid due to the threats of violence towards my Fiancé and me which since there are children involved I had to leave the commonwealth to protect her. I want compensation for returning to my family and the fact that this kind of racketeer should not have been able to list his job where a constituent is looking for work in a place that should be safe and secure from these kinds of individuals. I went to MK A school in Yorktown Virginia and I want nothing more than to be able to return to my home knowing that this will never happen again. Thank you in advance. I emailed them the following Monday and let them know that I could no longer help as I had to much on my plate. Since I still had parts that I picked up and could not complete the orders for I emailed them requesting input as what to do with their packages. As I seldom had luck getting replies while I worked for them I gave them a deadline to respond before I returned the parts back to Dell. Everything seemed fine until payday came and no check came. I contacted Alafia Young and was told that since there were so many parts that had not been returned yet, that I would not get my paycheck until they cleared. This was after the usual 3 week hold on paycheck to make sure parts were cleared in which the paycheck that it would have been for had already passed and cleared the usual hold. She then told me that since the parts would cost them more that my check was that they would have to hold it. After another 5 days passed I was not getting responses to my emails or voicemails again so I contacted World Wide Tech Services and let them know that WTC was not paying me and that they were still using my que even though I was no longer with them. The que is where every day we get our work orders from to do the Dell repairs. You do not get a que until your background check and drug test has cleared. We me and another tech was hired, Charles Johnson and Alafia Young had us using a former employee’s from Texas que. Which I know Dell and WWTS will soon find out when I contact them on Tuesday after the Memorial Day break. When WWTS sent Charles notification of the email I sent, he started what seems to be his usual behavior as I have seen on here. Charles called me on Wednesday to let me know that apparently the “board” has decided to make an example of me and have decided to file a “breach of contract” lawsuit against me in his usual $50,000.00 amount. It appears that this “board” is most likely composed of himself and Alafia Young as from a previous suspension of a tech fired with me was to have a conference call with this board and it never happened and his 2 week suspension was dropped after one day. During this suspension I was told that I would be paid triple to cover since most of the calls had been placed into escalation and needed to be worked immediately. I worked over 16 hours on that day traveling 419 miles and when that paycheck came in I was told that Charles denied having said that he would pay me triple. Later he stated that they only get paid $42 a call and could not pay me the $105 (3 times $35) that he promised. Funny how a company can make $7 a call over what they call me and still stay in business. I luckily had a copy of the voicemail that he had left me on April 10th in which I sent to both Charles and Alafia and yet nothing was said or done about it. I was also told on Wednesday that supposedly Alafia was on her way to UPS (funny when they use FedEx) to send out my payroll when she was notified of my email from WWTS. So Charles tells me that since I am claiming that I have not been paid for my work, that he will be submitting my paycheck as evidence in my breach of contract lawsuit. Funny how he can prove he has been paying me by not paying me? I have contacted a few lawyers as to my rights in this and they find that his “contract” that I breached is too vague and incomplete to be upheld in court. Here is what it states, “IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Promissory Note to be duly executed as of the date first written below. I’ve read and understand this 90 day probationary independent contract agreement! Also I agree to provide a 2 weeks’ notice if I separate from the company. Not providing a 2 weeks’ notice could cause a delay in your final paycheck” I was also told that the Labor Board here in WV should deem me as an employee due to the restrictions the company has on my work even though they are claiming I am an independent contractor which in turn helps me out as it allows me 3x the amount as liquidated damages. I gave Charles 1 last chance to send me my paycheck today and he replied, “Just landed, I still don’t have any word for you, but you do what you have to. Have a good weekend. Please no more emails I have to let the attorneys deal with this, they will contact you.” These so called attorneys were supposed to contact me on Wednesday and still haven’t. Also when I asked for a last name and phone nu,ber to contact their attorney “Scott” I was not given anything. I will keep this updated as this evolves as I see this has happened to many others while he was under the company name of GTI Support. Also if you check the Better Business Bureau website, you will see that they claimed to be a BBB accredited business and on April 15th, 2010; were told to remove it as they are not. When I was briefly employed with him, as a technician, his crew of management staff consisted of his “good” friend Alafia, an incompetent total flake, and his wife Debra, who managed calls and the like, who I believe was also suckered into his bull routine. He had a small list of other “employees” who facilitated his business but I feel they were conned and suckered into Johnson’s many promises and lies. Johnson was contracted by QualX Serv who is in turn contracted with Dell (www.dell.com) who I believe is far removed from this fraudster and probably has no clues to his reputation. Every single person who has complained about this flake and fraud is 100% on target. To the fool who quoted, “Take care of your business” one can only assume your a new employee in Johnson’s list of frauds and are “playing along” with whatever noise he’s offered as to what a poor guy he is and how he’s “just trying to help out” BE CAREFUL. When things go wrong, when the falling out begins? He’ll threaten to sue you (imagine that?) for perceived violations, but truth be told HE SHOULD BE SUED UNTIL HE’S OUT OF BUSINESS ONCE AND FOR ALL! He should be IN PRISON doing time for fraud, misrepresentation, failure to produce on contract, unfair business practices etc., etc. This is his usual practice btw, is to garner a new employee to play along being a tough guy for him against whoever is on his “list”. When I sued Johnson through the Labor Department, he told me to stop contacting him to contact his legal department at Legal@GTIsupport.com which of course was Johnson himself! What a delusional nut case, but just smart enough to keep these cons and frauds going. All his threats either on the phone or in emails were just layers of Johnson’s smoke screens to divert his cheating and lying back to all his drivers who worked for him. And we were called Johnson’s EMPLOYEES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CON ARTIST……..maybe the lot of us should form a class action lawsuit against this nut? Not one of these people have been paid and it is the full responsibility of the commonwealth to do due diligence in their investigation to make sure that all jobs coming onto a state job site is a legitimate company.
